Wealth Creation through Direct Impact Strategy

Mid&L is an indigenous Mass industrial development and logistics company. The company, in partnership with regional bodies, investment partners, etc. developed an industrial transformation strategy that has the capacity to create thousands of jobs for the youths through manufacturing of goods and services, while creating a Fall-back strategy through “backward integration” in primary and secondary industry raw-materials processing. The Company’s intent is to apply out-of-the box strategic platform called the “Wealth Creation through Direct Impact Strategy” to transform the nation’s economy via manufacturing. This project is also developed to provide coordinated and civilized instrumentation of the nation’s traders workforce to such a level that the full potentials of this part of the nation’s workforce that had been neglected or undermined would come to impact positively in the nation’s buildings of the industrial sector.

Our Mission:

The mission therefore is to create in phase-1, the first 72 indigenous manufacturing medium sized companies of international standards that are capable of manufacturing high quality industrial goods, within the shortest period of time, with 2 factories in each State of the federation of Nigeria . Thus, based on our model, a minimum of 10,000 new manufacturers in different products shall in-turn be created in each region of Nigeria, engaged in the manufacturing of goods in the pharmaceuticals, Aggro-Allied industries, Foods & Beverages, etc.


Objectives: our main goals include:

  • To tackle jobs creation through ownership structure.
  • Alleviation of poverty with sustained wealth creation.
  • Industrialization of the country through direct impact strategy.
  • Industrial reoccupation of the deserted areas of the country due to urban migration.
  • Real engagement of the idle volatile youths and wealth redistribution.
  • To reduce capital flight and excessive depend on imported goods.
  • To encourage innovations, self-reliance, with possible backward integration to positively impact on industrial inputs.
  • To create capacity for backward integration through EXTRAPRR
  • To resuscitate mouribond companies through shares redistribution.

  • Mid&L is working to build factories that can produce various goods, which will help create thousands of jobs, especially for young people.

  • We are teaming up with local groups and investors to develop a plan that will help transform the economy by making things in Nigeria instead of relying on imports.

  • We aim to create at least 10,000 new manufacturers in different regions, focusing on industries like pharmaceuticals, food, and beverages.
